HVAC Revenue Gap is a product and service of Northwest Business Services LLC (“NWBS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). NWBS owns and operates HVAC Revenue Gap and is the contracting party for services purchased through this website. By using this website or requesting an assessment, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information. NWBS may update these terms as the service changes. The version posted here applies to use after it is posted.
Free HVAC Revenue Score
The free HVAC Revenue Score is a no-charge, public-information review for eligible independent residential HVAC contractors. It is based on information that can be reasonably observed without account credentials, private analytics, or customer data. We may decline, limit, or delay a request when information is incomplete, the request is outside the service focus, or capacity is unavailable.
Scope and no-results guarantee
A score or paid review may identify observations, questions, and possible opportunities, but it may also find that the available public information does not support a meaningful recommendation. The free score is provided without charge. If a paid service is offered with a “No-Results Guarantee,” the written guarantee shown in that service’s offer or checkout is the complete guarantee and controls its eligibility, remedy, and timing. No other refund, outcome, ranking, lead, revenue, or performance guarantee is implied.
Checkout and paid services
Paid services are purchased through our secure checkout service. Prices, service descriptions, and any service-specific terms displayed at checkout are part of the offer. Payment processing is handled by the checkout provider and its payment providers; we do not process card data directly. A canceled or incomplete checkout does not create a purchase obligation.
